The adelite.ai website is operated by JCR Advisory LLC, doing business as Adelite, a New York limited liability company ("Adelite," "we," "us"). By using this website you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. These terms cover the website only. Use of the Adelite platform at app.adelite.ai, including the merchant application, intake and e-signature experiences, is governed by the agreement between Adelite and the partner organization that gave you access, and by any terms shown to you inside the platform.

Using the Website

You may view the website and use its contact and scheduling features for your own evaluation of Adelite. You agree not to misuse the site: no scraping or automated collection beyond ordinary search-engine indexing, no attempts to probe or disrupt the site or its hosting, no submitting false or misleading information through our forms, and no use of the site that violates any law.

Our Content

The text, design, product screenshots, the Adelite name and wordmark, and all other content on this website belong to Adelite or are used with permission. You may link to our pages and quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not copy, republish or create derivative works from the site's content, or use the Adelite name or wordmark, without our written permission.

Information, Not Advice

The website describes our product and our approach. It is not legal, tax, financial or compliance advice, and it is not an offer that can be accepted by using the site. Pricing shown on the website is list pricing; the terms that apply to you are the ones in your signed agreement. Adelite is software. It is not a payment facilitator, does not process card transactions, and does not decide whether a merchant application is approved; those decisions belong to the processors and banks our partners work with.

Third-Party Services

The website may link to or embed services run by other companies, such as the scheduler we use for demo bookings. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

Disclaimers

The website is provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or free of harmful components, and we may change or remove any part of it at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Adelite and its members, officers, employees and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for any loss of business, revenue or data, arising from your use of the website. Our total liability for any claim relating to the website is limited to one hundred US dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
