Our Commitment

We want everyone to be able to read and use adelite.ai, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, voice control, magnification or high-contrast settings. We build the website to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, and we test against that standard before and after each release.

What That Means in Practice

  • Every page has a clear heading structure and page title, and a skip link to the main content.
  • Everything can be reached and operated with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
  • Text and interactive elements meet AA contrast ratios on both the dark and the light backgrounds.
  • Images carry descriptive alternative text; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
  • Forms have visible labels, clear instructions and error messages that are announced, and they do not rely on color alone.
  • Buttons and links say what they do.
  • Animation is reduced or removed when your system asks for reduced motion, and nothing flashes.
  • Text can be resized to 200 percent without loss of content.

Known Limitations

  • The demo scheduler on our Contact page is provided by a third party. If it does not work for you, email hello@adelite.ai and we will schedule by hand.
  • Documents generated by the Adelite platform, such as signed merchant agreements, are PDFs whose layout is set by the processor's template. We are working with our partners on their accessibility.

Tell Us

If any part of this website is hard to use, email hello@adelite.ai with the page and what happened. We read every report and we fix what we can. If you need information from the site in another format, ask and we will provide it.
