The Platform

Why not just go direct with processors?

+

You can. But going direct means managing multiple relationships, separate portals, different pricing negotiations, and no unified view of your portfolio. Adelite gives you the optionality of going direct — access to every major platform — with the simplicity of a single relationship. Plus AI routing and exit-ready portfolio documentation that neither going direct nor staying with a single processor offers.

What makes this different from switching to another processor?

+

Adelite isn't a processor. We're the orchestration layer that sits between you and multiple processors. Switching to another processor still leaves you dependent on one relationship. Adelite gives you access to an entire network and routes each merchant to the best fit — so you're never limited by a single processor's capabilities, credit policies, or pricing.

How does the AI routing actually work?

+

When you submit a merchant application, the routing engine analyzes the merchant's industry, volume, risk profile, and processing needs against each processor's credit policies and approval patterns. It starts rules-based — using real processor data — and evolves into machine learning as approval and attrition data accumulates. Every recommendation is explainable, and revenue optimization is the primary routing parameter.

Is the merchant dashboard really white-labeled?

+

Completely. Your merchants see your company name, your logo, and your branding at every touchpoint — the portal, statements, notifications, and support. They never see Adelite. It's designed so your ISO looks and feels like a direct competitor to Square, Stripe, or Fiserv.

Pricing & Business Model

How does pricing work?

+

You ride on Adelite's pre-negotiated pricing structure with our processor partners. This means you get competitive rates that have already been negotiated at scale — without having to negotiate individual agreements yourself. Our business model combines SaaS fees with revenue from the spread, so your success and ours are aligned.

Do I lose control of my portfolio?

+

Never. Every portfolio on the platform is documented for full portability. Your merchants are your merchants. Exit-ready documentation is a core feature, not an afterthought. We built Adelite on the principle that your business should always be yours.

Is there a long-term contract?

+

We offer a 90-day pilot to start. No long-term lock-in required upfront. See real results with your own merchants before committing further. We believe the platform should earn your business — not a contract.

Onboarding & Getting Started

How do I onboard merchants to the platform?

+

Multiple ways. You can have merchants e-sign directly within the Adelite platform, send them a unique branded link to self-complete their application, or upload pre-signed applications from your existing process. The AI routing engine recommends the best processor before submission, and you track every application from submission to deployment in real-time.

How long does it take to get started?

+

We can have you live on the platform within weeks, not months. The onboarding process starts with a business audit to understand your niche and current setup, followed by platform configuration and your first merchant submissions. Most ISOs are processing through the platform within 2-4 weeks.

Do I need to migrate my existing merchants?

+

Not necessarily. You can start by routing new merchants through Adelite while your existing book stays where it is. Over time, as you see the results, you can migrate existing merchants to optimize their processor fit and capture additional revenue. There's no all-or-nothing requirement.

Technology & Integrations

Which processors and gateways do you support?

+

Adelite is processor-agnostic with a standardized connector framework. We work with all major platforms in the US. On the gateway side, we integrate with NMI, Authorize.net, and Valor. For terminals and devices, we support PAX and Dejavoo. The network is continuously expanding — adding a new processor doesn't require rebuilding anything.

Can my merchants keep their existing terminals?

+

In most cases, yes. We integrate with PAX, Dejavoo, and other major terminal manufacturers. The goal is to minimize disruption — merchants shouldn't have to replace hardware to benefit from the platform.
