Is Adelite a PayFac?
No. Adelite is orchestration software. It does not hold sponsorship, settlement, or merchant‑of‑record liability, and it is not a payment facilitator. You keep your own processor contracts — Adelite sits on top to route applications, board merchants under your brand, and calculate residuals.
What is a “residual‑calculated account”?
On the Platform / CRM SaaS plan, it's any merchant account that Adelite runs a residual calculation for in a given month — ingesting the processor file, applying your Schedule A, and producing split‑adjusted payouts. You're billed $1 per account we calculate, on top of the $499 monthly platform fee.
Can I use processors that aren't on Adelite's network?
Yes — that's the point of the Platform / CRM SaaS plan. Upload the residual file you receive from any processor, map its columns once (saved per processor, since every file is different), and Adelite calculates split‑adjusted residuals across all of them.
On the Managed plan, do you take a cut of my residuals?
Managed is passthrough pricing with optional markup. Adelite is monetized through a configurable per‑account fee set inside your Schedule A, so the economics are transparent and agreed up front. Exact figures are confirmed with sales.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
Terms vary by plan and volume. The best path is a short call — we'll walk through your processor setup and confirm pricing, onboarding, and any setup for your situation.
