Adelite, a brand of JCR Advisory LLC ("Adelite"), sends account notification text messages to merchants who apply for a merchant card-processing account through the Adelite platform, which is used by Adelite's partner sales organizations. Messages relate only to your own merchant application: a secure link to review and electronically sign your merchant processing agreement and related documents, reminders while a signature is pending, and status updates about your application. Adelite does not send marketing or promotional text messages under this program.
You opt in by entering your mobile phone number in the merchant application and checking the SMS consent box. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of applying for or purchasing any service. When a sales representative completes the application on your behalf, you confirm your consent by verifying the one-time passcode sent to your phone before signing any document.
Message frequency varies. A typical application generates between two and six messages.
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You can opt back in by replying START. Opting out of text messages does not affect your application; your representative will contact you by email or phone instead.

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular and other major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your mobile phone number and consent record are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
